TRY SUP

Come TRY the most popular new paddling sport in the world on super stable and safe SUP's (stand up paddle boards) under guided supervision with modest instruction and technique demonstration. This 1 hour introductory session will allow you to get your feet wet, have fun, work on basic balance, and lay the foundation for developing skill in an awesome recreational and/or fitness/wellness activity that you can pursue anywhere there is water. If you like it and want to progress our SUP Basics class will move you into high gear!
