Stand Up Paddle Boarding is sweeping the world stroke by stroke, wave by wave. SUPping as it most often referred to, is an awesome synthesis of paddling, surfing and outdoor endurance and you don't need a wave to thoroughly enjoy the sport. Our SUP Basics class will show you what the buzz is about with a full introduction to basic strokes and techniques. We utilize the MKC method of starting with dry land teaching which gives students a focused, effective way to learn the key movements of full body paddling and hip / torso rotation. Then participants get out on the water and play testing the new skills and techniques. There is more to SUPping than meets the eye and our SUP Basics class will give you an exciting foundation for lfelong, maximum SUP enjoyment and performance.
